Invitation to Join the List of Evaluators
Pursuant to Article 32b, paragraph 3 of the Cultural Heritage Protection and Development Act (CHPDA), Articles 27–30 of Ordinance No. 6 of 21 November 2024 on the general conditions for conducting competitions for the allocation of funds from the National Culture Fund, on the eligibility of expenses, on project evaluation and implementation, and Article 8 of the Rules for Nomination and Selection of Experts to participate in evaluation committees in competitions for granting funds from the National Culture Fund, the present invitation is issued to join the List of Evaluators for inclusion in evaluation committees during competitions for the allocation of funds from the National Culture Fund.
Requirements and conditions for inclusion in the List:
Candidates must hold a higher education diploma with an educational and qualification degree of “Bachelor” or “Master” and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of culture and arts, as well as a high level of computer literacy for work in an electronic environment.
Candidates applying for inclusion in the List of Evaluators must submit the following documents to the Executive Director:
- Application form (template);
- Higher education diploma with an educational and qualification degree of “Bachelor” or “Master”;
- Candidates who graduated from higher education institutions abroad are required to submit a certificate of recognition of the higher education diploma according to the applicable procedure in the Republic of Bulgaria;
- Detailed professional CV and official documents proving at least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field of culture;
- Additional documents, such as certified copies of certificates, licenses, attestations, or equivalent documents issued by a higher education institution, professional organization or institution under the law, certifying the relevant qualification or competence;
- Declaration of consent for personal data processing.
Applications must be submitted in written form by June 27, 2025 (inclusive), at the address: Sofia 1756, Iztok residential complex, 7 Lachezar Stanchev St., 3rd floor, or by email to office@ncf.bg with electronically signed documents or scanned copies of hand-signed documents.
